Mug Academy opened its doors in 2018, to give many Mug fans (adults and children) the chance to learn how to make our best sellers at home, such as Red Velvet Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookies or Apple Pie.

In time, the courses, always sold out, have been transformed, from theoretical lessons to practical workshops, expanding towards the basics of traditional pastry and deepening the recipes of the English and American tradition.

Our classes are always different and fun. You can ask lots of questions, experiment and learn the tricks of the trade from our talented bakers.
